Rick Smith to Speak at Annual Meeting

The Board Members of Osceola History would like to invite everyone to attend the Annual Meeting on Thursday, September 23, at the Osceola County Welcome Center & History Museum located at 4155 West Vine Street in Kissimmee Florida.

We are pleased to announce that this year’s speaker is author Patrick Smith’s son, Rick. He will present an unforgettable show about his father and his experiences that led him to write his beloved novels, emphasizing his popular saga of Florida Pioneers, A Land Remembered.


Rick’s show combines his quirky humor and storytelling with videos, photos, music, and visual effects to bring the writer’s colorful life into focus in a unique multimedia show for all ages.

                                    5:30 PM – Annual meeting for BOARD/DONORS/INVESTORS

                                    6:00 PM – Social time with refreshments

                                    6:30 PM – Presentation by RICK SMITH
