Coronavirus Update: Pioneer Village and Museum re-opening

New Hours – Pioneer Village and the Osceola County Welcome Center & History Museum will operate with new hours beginning July 20, 2020. Both locations will be open Tuesday – Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Closed on Monday.

Pioneer Village at Shingle Creek and the Osceola County Welcome Center & History Museum will reopen on Friday, May 15, 2020. Both locations will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Please note these are new hours for the History Museum.)
We will continue to follow state and local recommendations regarding the capacity in the buildings and will provide thorough cleaning throughout the day to ensure the safety of our staff and visitors.
Staff members working with the public will wear masks.
Guests are encouraged to practice social distancing and wear masks or face coverings, but they are not required. Guests on guided tours of Pioneer Village will be asked to wear a mask.
History Field Trips
Plan a visit to Pioneer Village or the History Museum to give your kids a local history lesson as you wrap up the virtual school year.
Reservations are recommended for guided tours of Pioneer Village (offered on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at no extra charge) since group sizes are limited. Reservations are not needed for self-guided tours. For tour reservations, call 407-396-8644, ext. 2 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Admission fees apply for Pioneer Village: $8 adults; $4 children age 4-12; children 3 and under admitted free.
The History Museum is self-guided. Free admission.
